  • BA from University of Oregon 1991, double major in Political Science and International Studies; graduated with honors, magna cum laude

  • JD from University of Oregon School of Law, 1997, Statement of Completion in

       Criminal Practice

  • Deputy District Attorney in Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office 1997-2008

  • Appointed Lincoln County Circuit Court Judge in 2008 by Governor Theodore

       Kulongoski and elected to serve two subsequent terms.

  • First female circuit court judge in Lincoln County

  • As a Deputy District Attorney represented the state in over 100 jury trials.

  • As a Circuit Court Judge have presided over close to 200 jury trials, both civil and
